
The IT Education Support Center offers a laptop loan program for students who have difficulty purchasing a laptop due to financial reasons. Under this program, laptops owned by the university are lent for a certain period of time.

| Eligibility | Students experiencing PC failure, loss, or undergoing repairs. |

| Loan Period | Maximum of 1 month. * Note: Re-application may be considered only under unavoidable circumstances, such as repair delays. |
| Prerequisite | This is a temporary support system provided on the premise that the user intends to repair or purchase their own device. |
| Eligibility | Students who have difficulty preparing a computer for online classes due to financial reasons. |

| Application Criteria | Applicants must either be receiving admission and tuition fee exemptions (https://www.tut.ac.jp/student/support/exemption.html) or be in an equivalent state of financial hardship, and be deemed to have an extremely high need for borrowing. If you are not receiving such exemptions, we will ask about your financial situation when you visit us. |
| Loan Deadline | Until February 28, 2027. |
| Mandatory Inspection | To check for damage or loss, an in-person device inspection will be
conducted during the last two business days of every month.

| Screening and Availability | Due to the limited number of units, the application will be reviewed for approval. Not all requests may be granted. |

| Liability for Damages | In the event of damage, liquid submersion, or loss of the loaned equipment, the user may be required to pay the full cost of repairs or replacement. |
| Notification | The results of the application will be sent to your Universityassigned email address (Permanent Email / Lifetime Email). |
