Your email address is very important for our staff to follow up on your request. Please kindly ensure the input of your email address is correct when submitting a ticket on this page.
Submit new ticket
Please request support by clicking “Submit Ticket”.
After a new ticket is created, your email address will receive a confirmation email containing an assigned ticket number and its handling progress. You can click “View Ticket” button in the email to view details.
Add new information to a ticket
If you need to add some more detail to your created ticket, you can click “View Ticket” button in your confirmation email and visit the ticket’s page. Scroll down to locate the section of “Reply a message”. You can freely add more information to the section.
View reply and track progress
The reply to your inquiry will arrive at your email address when ready, usually within 24 hours during workdays. Check your email for follow-ups.
You can also visit this page and click “Ticket Status“, and input your email and the ticket number (in the confirmation email that you received).
