We would like to invite you to participate in an online event that will have Mr. Makoto Kanemaru, assistant director of startup promotion office in Aichi Prefectural Government, as our invited speaker. The event is part of “CITE-TUT Online International Seminar Series” (CITE-TUT オンライン 国際セミナーシリーズ), which will feature ten guest speakers to give online talks on the topic of entrepreneurship. These events are organized by Center for IT-based Education (CITE), and co-organized by Research Administration Center (RAC).

Introduction of speaker
Mr. Kanemaru was born in 1988 in Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture. After graduating from the Faculty of Law at Nanzan University, he joined Aichi Prefecture as a new graduate. After experiencing the management support department of small and medium-sized enterprises and the tax collection department of prefectural taxes, he was dispatched to Mitsubishi UFJ Research & Consulting for training. After he returned to work, he went on to support the aerospace industry and then started supporting startups. As a private activity, he is involved in pro bono support for NPOs and SMEs. Currently enrolled in the master’s program at the Graduate School of Economics, Nagoya University.
